Black seed is a small dark color seed that has been used as a medicinal plant for centuries. Originally found in Asia and the Mediterranean, but it is now grown throughout India, Saudi Arabia and Europe.

Side Effects

Contact dermatitis in some people
Just a touch of black seed may cause red pimples on the skin. In addition, these pimples are accompanied by itchy skin. Other symptoms such as blisters, pain, and skin tenderness can be seen at the site of contact.

It can lower blood pressure to the point of hypotension. This condition becomes worse when you are taking blood pressure medications or diuretics. Low blood pressure can block the delivery of oxygen to the brain. It causes fatigue, nausea, blurred vision, shallow breathing, dizziness, and loss of consciousness. Severe hypotension can be life threatening.
