Mental health as one of the three aspects of health is as important as physical health and social health. In fact, it is one of the sides of the health triangle. Thousands of books and thousands of scientific articles by thousands of researchers and psychologists have discussed mental health. Numerous psychological centers and hospitals have been built. But still, after centuries, human efforts have not been enough to achieve a sense of satisfaction and peace.  So we should know how can help mental health. 

Traditional  And Modern Definition Of Mental Health 

 people are always looking for new ways to achieve tranquility and calm. Some people think that they are in mental health, as long as they can recognize the situations and have normal behavior. Of course, this assumption is not far from the truth, but it is not the whole truth. Because in today’s society, in the face of more worries and problems, people are deprived of sufficient peace. But as long as they do not seem to be behaving badly and their troubled minds do not have a chance to manifest, they consider themselves mentally healthy. And it has been seen in many cases that this lack of expression of real feelings usually manifests itself in other forms. For example the loss of part of physical, emotional, or even social health.

  Florence Scovel Shinn (September 24, 1871, in Camden, New Jersey – October 17, 1940) was an American artist and book illustrator. She became a New Thought spiritual teacher and metaphysical writer in her middle years.
