You can store beet juice in the refrigerator. Put beet juice on your lips 3 to 4 times a day for 20 minutes and then wash it off. If you are planning to go out and do not want to use lipstick, it is better to use beet juice. It naturally brightens your lips.

Smile and kiss: Sit up straight and close your mouth. Smile as openly as you can. Do this for 15 seconds, then relax. Then, curl your lips and do as much of a wonderful kiss as you can. Repeat this movement 10 times.
After smiling and clenching, hold your lips together for at least 30 seconds, then relax and pull your lips into your mouth so that your teeth rest gently on them. Hold for 10 seconds.
Repeat this movement 5 times.
Lips press: Press your lips together in a straight line. Create resistance to this movement, as if there is an obstacle to doing this movement on your lips. Try to hold your lips against this resistance for 5 seconds. Repeat this movement 10 times.
